4-Bedroom Luxury Home w/ Rooftop & Skyline Views

Summary:
Newer construction rental in the heart of Chicago's Ukrainian Village, designated the "hottest neighborhood" in America in 2016. Gorgeous, architecturally significant, 4-unit building built in 2017. 1,600 SF unit has 4-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms with stunning contemporary finishes and 2 balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Hardwood floors throughout. True master suite with full double-vanity bath, walk-in-closet and its own private balcony. In-unit washer/dryer.

The Space:
Our home consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has it's own balcony, bathroom, king bed and walk-in closet. The three other bedrooms include queen size beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen bed. The balcony in the front offers a great view and great sunlight. Roof-top deck is common area and offers panoramic Chicago skyline views.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 1600 sq ft apartment + two balconies + rooftop deck with amazing skyline views.

The Neighborhood:
West Town is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago and the home also boarders Wicker Park. Both towns offer some of the best nightlife, bars, and choices for food. Enjoy easy access to a Marianos right across the street (literally) from our home.

Getting Around:
Easy to call Uber's or the 66 bus stops right out front out Damen Ave.

Other Things to Note:
This is one of the best locations in Chicago and central to everything the city has to offer. Many great bars, restaurants, and stores nearby.

Great pick for a longer stay!
We were all very happy with the accommodations of this property. Location was close to everything we had planned for the week, it was more than enough space for our crew of 8, all items needed to cook and clean during our stay were readily available, the grocery is directly across the street and there is a parking spot behind the property so you don’t have to find and walk from a street option. Overall everything was wonderful, the only odd issue we had was upon check in. The keys were not where we were told they would be and we had difficulty getting in touch with someone to find out why and how to get in. If it had just been myself and my partner would have been a smaller problem but we had our kids and being in a back alley at 11pm at night in a strange city with no way to get in felt much more stressful. We did eventually get in with help of a maintenance person who was onsite in the unit (why the keys were gone) but why that was being done when we were meant to be in there sleeping I'm not sure. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home !!
Home was beautiful it was enough room for me and family of 6 adults. The 2 balconies was a plus for us Now there are some steps 3 floors but it wasn’t bad for us . Great location supermarket across the street no need for a car uber was affordable to get around . 15 mins to downtown!! I will book again when we come back in the spring to enjoy the rooftop. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Great Listing and Location
We loved our stay in Chicago's Ukrainian Village. The unit was at described and was located conveniently across the street from a grocery store. We came to town for a conference as a big group. The unit was perfect for that.

Amazing Rental
This is a great rental- very large, well appointed, clean, handy and even has a parking space in the back. The back bedrooms are very quiet, and the master suite bath is just gorgeous. We've stayed at half a dozen rentals in Wicker park/ Ukrainian Village through the last few years and this was far and away the nicest. It's a little more expensive than some but well worth it.

Modern and specious apartment in the heart of Ukrainian village
We spend nice Easter weekend in this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed to have comfortable stay. Location of the apartment is superb-supermarket Mariano's is across the street, and only few blocks from many nice cafe and restaurants on Division street. The view from rooftop is made for excellent skyline Chicago pictures. We highly recommend booking this apartment for family or friends get together.
