4 Bedroom Penthouse Loft in Heart of Wicker Park with Parking

This vintage 4 bedroom loft can allocate up to 14 people and is located on a busy commercial street in the heart of Wicker Park. The space offers lots of options for entertainment and family gatherings. The loft is located:
• 1 Block to the Damen Blue Line Train Station
•  Steps from all the bars and restaurants
• 10 minutes to the Loop

The property comes with 2 parking spaces in the back of the building. The spaces are reserved but not covered or gated.

The space is located on a 2nd floor walk up. If you have difficulties going up and down stairs, the space might not be the right one for you.

This was a fantastic property that looked just as it was advertised. We felt like we had lots of privacy (while at the same time being great for people-watching). It was a great home base to explore a great neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and the place felt very secure. Hosts were responsive without being intrusive.

Location wins!!

WOW is the word to describe our stay! Space was optimum for 8 adults with everything we needed for a weekend in Chicago. Parking spaces are always a premium so having 2 was perfect! Location for anything we wanted to do was better than imagined. The loft was clean, organized and well thought out for guests in mind. Having vintage clothing right below was a plus! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Great place to stay in Chicago!

We loved our stay here - it was perfect for our "Girls' weekend" to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Our ages ranged from 9 - 80. My only flags are that there are two long staircases to get up to the condo so anyone with mobility issues should be aware of that and that the front bedroom is pretty loud late at night due to music coming from one of the bars nearby. But the place was clean, spacious, and comfortable and we just loved the energy of the neighborhood. Lots of cute vintage stores to explore. And the owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

No Brainer

Beautiful and spacious apartment, easy communication with owners, and a wonderful location for a fun Chicago family getaway. The neighborhood is great (kids will love the park one block away), countless restaurant options within walking distance, and downtown is just a quick and easy trip on the Blue line. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Great communication from the owners, perfect central location in Wicker Park, and comfortable beds! There are several stairs to reach the space, but that is not necessarily a negative, just something to be aware of when renting. This was part of the listing, so there were no surprises and our multi generational family staying all had a wonderful time in a large space that our group of 11 fit in comfortably. Thanks for a great weekend.

Great time in Wicker Park apartment!

7 of us, ages 2 - 64, stayed in the apartment and had a VERY nice time. The home was true to the listing and was clean and well appointed. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the close proximity to the park, the train, and fun restaurants and bars. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was very kind of the owners to provide a pack n play for our 2 year old granddaughter. It was really nice to have the parking spaces in back too. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! The place was clean, parking is a huge plus, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them! The location is so convenient and fit 10 of us so comfortably for the weekend.
