不满意：清洁度
Pictures DID NOT represent a clear depiction of what we were getting. After looking deeper and zooming in on the pictures, it was clear that they had been edited. Not clean, toothpaste on the bathroom vanity. No toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags upon arrival. Rugs were stained and filthy. Second bedroom was at least 15 degrees colder than the main bedroom and rest of the apartment. Communication was somewhat odd, I felt like we were being watched or something. Also was told that my credit card would not be billed through VRBO but through another company. Which I don’t feel should be happening. Fireplace was different in listing photos compared to what it really was. Shelves and other decor was broken. Blinds were broken, floors were dirty, and there was a large scuff on the wall. The apartment had an overpowering smell of air freshener. I ended up pulling the ones I could find out of the plug ins because it was so strong I thought I was going to have an asthma attack. There were no extra blankets or towels. Extremely odd experience and we have vacationed with VRBO listings multiple times. This was by far the worst. Parking was also a nightmare. There were two different addresses given as well which made things difficult. There was a message with a code for check in information via a link. The code had to be put in and then you could see your check in information. Once we got the code to the lock box, the keys were difficult to use. Dark area where lock box was.
