Our stay was wonderful. The views were fantastic. The apartment was centrally located so we were able to walk to restaurants, museums, and theaters. We bookmarked this location for future stays.

The place was very clean and spacious, a lot of natural light as we were on the 25th floor. We felt like we were at home as the place had all the appliances needed. Prime time location as we were near Millennium park and a few stops away from downtown by taking the train.

Felt pretty safe with the security requirement to scan in and out. Beautiful view from the windows that are better than advertised. We didnt hear much from neighbors so slept really well. The only issue was the inconsistency of the security gaurds, some had us scan different cards to enter and exit and didnt seem to all be on the same page. The parking garage is not connected to the building which wasnt the biggest inconvenience except when it was hailing and we had to walk to half a block or so. Overall, very nice apartment, convenient location, clean, and good communication. Would stay here again

Really clean and nice place to stay with a beautiful view. Only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a more flexible check-in/checkout. Also, lots our hair clogging bathroom sink drain.
