Overall, I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but my experience with the front desk staff was not very welcoming. The check-in process took longer than expected, and I didn’t feel that I received good customer service when I arrived. The room itself was fine, but the overall experience could definitely be improved with better and more attentive service at the front desk.

Room was clean for the most part, however the floors were sticky. It could have been partially due to the overall humidity. They couldn’t accommodate my King room reservation and they blamed Expedia/Hotels for the inaccurate room availability, but the queen room was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I couldn’t even begin to be comfortable during my stay. The fridge was disgusting, coated a brown substance, and unable to be opened. There was a dead roach or bed bug on the floor when I came into the room and the stove was completely rusted over. I stayed for one night and left. Would not recommend this place to anyone traveling nor will I be staying here again.

This was an extended stay hotel, no pot, dish, cup, fork nothing,no coffee pot or toaster, empty cabnets. No ice tray and no ice machine on the property. The carpet was discusting as well as the toilet. It seemed as the staff was fine this place looks like it does. The AC is the only thing that gets a 5 star otherwise keep looking for another place.

We have lived USA for 22 years, and our son plays soccer,so we travel to many tournament and stay in hotels quite often. In 22 years , we have only experienced this twice. The fisrt time was at another hotel, and second timewas at your hotel. The carpets were so filth they actually felt sticky under our feet. This was one of the hotel dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.
