Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hand wash any used dish's. You can leave them in the dish rack on the counter.
Bring the trash and recycle out. The containers are out back between the garages.
Place the towels in to the laundry basket across from the bathroom door. Hang any really wet towels over the side of the bath tub.

Lovely apartment in fantastic neighborhood

My family and I had a truly fantastic stay here while in town for my daughter's college graduation. The location in Andersonville was both convenient and awesome (restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance). Even during a fabulous neighborhood festival, we were able to find street parking easily, and the street itself was pretty quiet, very residential and walkable. The stairs up to the second-floor apartment are a little tricky for those who have mobility or balance issues, but it's a great apartment I'd recommend highly. Paul is a great host--a very clear communicator and super responsive.

Home away from home

This is a lovely 2nd floor unit in a nice neighborhood. It was wonderful to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Paul was an excellent host and provided all needed info prior to our arrival, as well as nice touches like plush towels, crushed ice, and keurig coffee pods. Staying here added to our enjoyment of the city.

What a beautiful home!! So much original character and each living space had its own vibe. My 14 year old son and I were so comfortable throughout our week long stay. We could really spread out and give each other privacy when needed. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet at night! We slept like babies. Paul, the host, was incredible attentive and helped with any questions we had. Very professional. There is so much to do in the neighborhood and downtown is easy to get to by car, bus, or train. We biked all around Andersonville and along the lake front. It is a bustling community and everyone is out and about. Every restaurant we tried was amazing. Overall, it was the perfect vacation. We can’t wait to go back!

Homey spot in the big city

This is such a great apartment, I'd happily live here. (Except there's winter here...) Well set up space with pretty decorations; 2 nice relaxation areas with a sunroom and living room, with a dining table to spread out and work. Super convenient and fun neighborhood and walkable to the red line. We couldn't ask for more!

Lovely apartment/lovely neighborhood

We are three seniors (65+) in Chicago for a concert at Wrigley Field. We wanted our own bedrooms and this rental was perfect. The beautiful residential neighborhood is only a few blocks from a busier street that has many nice restaurants and some shopping. The apartment is upstairs, but we had no trouble with the stairs. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. We rode Amtrak from Iowa to Union Station and used Lyft for all our transportation needs and were very pleased with the quick pick-ups. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great, friendly neighborhood and outdoor space. Solid Wi-Fi access and speed for streaming Netflix etc. Kitchen has the basics needed if you’re planning on meals in the space including a selection of spices. That being said, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, and access to Uber and Lyft is a snap. Also, the host is friendly and responsive.

Perfect stay-immaculate

This rental is perfectly located for easy access to the main sites in Chicago. We were within 20 minutes driving to all the things we wanted to see, including less than 15 minutes to the beach! This place was also the cleanest place I've ever rented from VRBO and actually matched the pictures perfectly. I cannot recommend enough. I stayed here with my husband and two children, 6 and 3. Beautiful, clean apartment in an excellent location to walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Andersonville. Really nice being able to get to the redline into the city easily or take a long walk or very quick drive to the lake beach.

Fantastic location and wonderful property. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cute stores, the Swedish Museum, and the train to go downtown. We loved the charm of this older home. Everything was very clean, the beds were soft, and the shower great! I was a little concerned about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot near by.

this house was perfect for my parents to stay over the winter months. Paul was a wonderful host, communicated regularly with them when needed. The place was extremely clean and just as described. Family Winter Vacation

We came to Chicago for the Winter Classic. My grown kids and myself. To say the property was well maintained is an understatement. We loved the place. Sister visit

My sister and I stayed in this lovely apartment for four days, and it was everything we needed it to be (and more, since we didn't take advantage of the well stocked kitchen; we were on vacation, after all). Lovely setting for a fall visit to Chicago. Everything was very comfortable and clean and the owner was very responsive to messages and even inquired if we were warm enough when the temperatures turned a little chilly one day. I hope I might get a chance to stay here again, perhaps for a friends' weekend.
