The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hand wash any used dish's. You can leave them in the dish rack on the counter.
Bring the trash and recycle out. The containers are out back between the garages.
Place the towels in to the laundry basket across from the bathroom door. Hang any really wet towels over the side of the bath tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The perfect Andersonville apartment

We loved the apartment for a six day visit. It had everything one could need in terms of the kitchen. Though we didn't cook since there are so many good restaurants and cards walking distance..

Great stay in Andersonville

Fantastic location and wonderful property. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cute stores, the Swedish Museum, and the train to go downtown. We loved the charm of this older home. Everything was very clean, the beds were soft, and the shower great! I was a little concerned about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot near by.

Nestled in neighborhood

Quaint and well appointed Victorian B and B. Tastefully decorated and only walking distance from nice shops restaurants and stores. Host quickly responds to questions. Very comfortable with all the comforts of home.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. So much charm. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and many stores and restaurants were in walking distance. We also walked to Wrigley Field which was an enjoyable walk down Clark St.

We attended my daughter's graduation at the United Center. This property was in a perfect location in Andersonville. So happy we also got to visit the town which was perfect. We enjoyed our stay

Family Winter Vacation

We came to Chicago for the Winter Classic. My grown kids and myself. To say the property was well maintained is an understatement. We loved the place. We would definitely recommend staying there and would love to stay there again. Our property owner Paul was wonderful so helpful we appreciated his hospitality if I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Chicago vacation

Paul's place was perfect for the four of us and came as advertised!! Close to all forms of public transit so it was easy to get to downtown, or just about anywhere else. If you don't want to go far, Andersonville has many dining options a close walk away.
