This was the perfect pied a terre for our week-long stay in Chicago. Great amenities (fitness center, private parking garage, laundry in unit), convenient location (easy access to Target/Trader Joe's stores, Roosevelt CTA station, State Street, Michigan Avenue, Museum campus, all within comfortable walking distance), safe residential area. Check in process was easy, directions were clear and easy to follow. Would absolutely stay again.
The location was wonderful! There was a great view of the Chicago skyline and it was very walkable to restaurants, activities, shopping, and public transportation. Highly recommend!!
The 16th floor veiw of Chicago was amazing to wake up too every morning. The unit was very well kept and was properly fitted with kitchen, bath, and laundry necessities. Very clean, very comfy.
Great location and building layout. We really enjoyed the roof top amenities, the view it offered, and the gym. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean. It was the perfect place to help our son's transition to college smooth. We were able to bring a little home to a new city!

Disliked: Communication
Clean space and easy check-in. The communication definitely needs to be worked on. Pricing could’ve been better as far as parking and early check-in fees
Do not enter main entrance, unless you already have the keycard from your room. The receptionist was very rude to us, and had us walk all the way around building and enter the back entrance. She was nice to apartment tenants but for us short term guests, we were not welcomed kindly. She could have at least told us the process at the very beginning, since we had no clue. Other than the receptionist experience, our stay was perfect! Amenities and our apartment were spacious and accomodating.
Great location - within walking distance of mass transit, restaurants, and night life. Corner room was great for city views. 24th floor/rooftop lounge and game room were wonderful. Staff on site were friendly and helpful.
Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to many leisurely places. The unit was amazing. So comfortable, inviting with a breathtaking view! I will be returning to this place to stay again.
The room was really close to Target and everything I needed. I was attending a conference at McCormick Center and it was definitely walkable when the weather was good. Gym amenities are really nice. I just couldn't figure out the AC situation. Everything was clean and the staff in the building is super friendly.
Great option for when we needed a room with separate sleeping options. The only issue was the price, but it seemed to be a booked up weekend in Chicago with graduations, festivals etc. Great location, nice view, easy to get to downtown/river area, and only about 15-20 minutes to Hyde Park/UChicago. Located in a residential building and not all the property’s amenities were available to Kasa guests, but overall a great - but pricey - stay.
