WALK LESS THAN 45 seconds to WRIGLEY FIELD & 5 mins to BOYSTOWN, LAKEVIEW, or LAKE MICHIGAN! Replete with windows & light ,this space offers a large open entertainment layout with bay windows, XL kitchen with island and bar stools, dining area, 2 full baths w/shower and tub, and in-unit washer & dryer. Great for extended stays as well! We have BLAZING FAST internet speeds of 415-525 mbps! Enjoy outdoor living in a spacious back porch with patio seating. PRIVATE PARKING SPACES in the back of the building available for rent through A1 Management (not available during Cubs season).

Please note there are 2 bedrooms each with 1 Queen bed plus 2 full bathrooms (one with shower & tub and one with shower only). The third available bed is the sofa bed n the living room.

What a great place!

We booked this flat to look for an apartment for our daughter who’s moving to Chicago. Felt it was close to neighborhoods that she was interested in touring and apartments she had already arranged tours of. For those of you with a different agenda it is so close to Wrigley Field and so many great bars and restaurants. Close to Addison station and no too far from Belmont station. Access to downtown is too easy. We however were able to walk to areas and apartments we needed to tour without any problems. The flat is incredibly clean and well maintained. Very secure digitally locked entry and entry to the flat. Furnishings are very comfortable. There’s a deck off the back which is nice place to relax and have a beverage after a long day. Ami from Security Investments made the whole process easy and she was very patient with arrangements and questions. We would have no qualms staying here again. Believe you will feel the same after your visit. Thanks Ami!

Thanksgiving in “Chitown”

Great and easy place to stay. Well appointed. Close to Wrigley and el. Parking available - really a plus. Great kitchen. Made Thanksgiving dinner easily. We enjoyed. Only suggestion would be another comfortable chair for the living room.

Excellent flat for Chicago!

This was an excellent spot to stay with a few friends. The location is fantastic, and the place is spacious and bright. Ami was a helpful and clear host, and made our time in the city fantastic. Highly recommend this spot!

Great for a short weekend and a Cubs Game

This was a great stay for a bachelor party weekend and it's not too far from Wrigley Field. Ami was very responsive to my messages and super helpful in ensuring we had a great weekend. The patio is clutch on a very nice day. I would definitely stay here again. If you are driving in and there's a Cubs game, be sure to get parking and driving before the street is blocked off. This was on me.

As advertised

The property was as advertised. Good location for a quick few days in the city for a Cubs game and some relaxation. Kitchen was well equipped if we had chosen to cook. Only two recommendations. The beds were not very comfortable but a foam toper would probably easily fix that. The living room has enough seating but there is only one small couch and a barrel chair in terms of cushioned seating. There were other hard chairs available in the living room along with the dining table chairs. However, the living room is large enough for more cushy furniture. I don’t recall if the listing notes that it is a second story walk up. If you can’t do stairs do not select this listing. Overall, we would stay here again if we need a place in the Lakeview/Wrigleyville area.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful time in Chicago. The Wrigleyville location was perfect. 2 blocks from Wrigley Field.....obviously the Cubbies were not playing. Perfect location for game days! We will certainly have this unit on our radar for future visits. Happy New Year!

Great Location

My daughter and I spent Thanksgiving weekend at this property and it was wonderful. The location can’t be beat for access to Wrigley and other Chicago landmarks. The owner was very responsive to all requests and very accommodating. Highly recommended for any visit to Chicago.

A short skip from Wrigley Field

Great place and location. We were sightseeing Downtown Chicago so did not get a chance to enjoy the nightlife just a block away from the property. Looked very lively. Our only complaint was the beds were hard. After the first night I slept on the futon in the living room.

Great stay at Wrigleyville

Property was in a terrific location within walking distance to Wrigley and the bus stop to go downtown. Condo was very clean and comfortable. There was initially the smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to come from downstairs, not the condo itself, which cleared up pretty quick once the AC and fan got going. Ami was easing to get in touch with and pleasant to work with. Would recommend to others.

30 Seconds Walk to WrigleyVille

Convenient location close to everything Wrigleyville. Second floor walk up with parking out the back door. Nice balcony off one bedroom. Clean and comfortable location, close to everything we wanted. We should have stayed 2 nights instead of one! I had lots of questions beforehand and Ami was very patient and helpful. Go Cubs!

Cubs Vacation

We loved it! Specifically the location. We took our 2 boys 7 and 5 to there first Cubs games and it was awesome to be able to make the short walk to the game. Also a short walk to Addison train station when we went downtown. When we come again we will use this same place no doubt. Thank you.

Pretty nice

Great location, comfy beds and clean. But..... Living/dining furniture is thrift store quality.....not comfortable. One dining table leg was completely loose and the chairs were mismatched and clunky. Clearly, every effort is made to spend as little as possible on this place. Several plants - all dying - should be tossed out. One cupboard door was TAPED shut. Yes, masking tape, I don't agree this place is "perfect for entertaining"! It was adequate for our needs because we were out enjoying the city 95% of the time!

The condo is in a great walkable location. The water pressure in the master bath is really really low. Camper trailer low. But it works enough to get clean. The smaller bed leans a little. Also the surprise fee for a less than 3 night stay should be fully stated up front on the Vrbo website along with all the other fees. But the condo worked fine for our purposes.

Great location and condo was up to par!

Stayed at Ami’s place and greatly enjoyed it. 4 grown adults stayed in this 2 bedroom and plenty of Room. Kitchen and family room were nice gathering area. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and easy access to train. We want to come back in the summer and stay here for a Cubs game which is 2 blocks away. Definitely felt safe walking in the area.
