    We came for a Bears game. The apartment was a convenient location to walk to soldier field. The apartment has 2 levels and 2 entrances. There is a steep spiral staircase to the lower level. There a many restaurants nearby, Osco grocery store and a Target. We would stay again.

    beds were good besides air mattress which deflated. downstairs AC was good, upstairs was very hot. wifi was okay.

    Bachlor party stay

    Overall a great place and location. Asked if early check-in was possible, and they waived the fee to let us in and hour early (3 pm), but they didn't inform the people in charge of check-in and we did not have keys until 3:30.Listing says air conditioned, which it is, but it is window units. (Too small for square footage) Also the fridge did not work during our visit, but they were extremely responsive and wanted to fix the problem asap.

    refrigerator was not functional during our stay, owner kindly offered 75 refund. 3 small portable air conditioning units did not keep the apartment very cool. Floor in living space is uneven, every one of us tripped at least once, fortunately no falls.
