Tough to beat this location (River West), accessible to everything via public transportation, great spots walkable from your door & free street parking nearby! Spacious open floor plan provides you a quiet escape from the excitement of the city! It's very comfortable & well designed for a perfect visit! Steps to local dining, great coffee, brewery, cocktails & so much more. Get to almost all popular spots in Chicago in 5-10 minutes! 3 minute walk to the Chicago blue line, 56 & 66 bus lines.

I’m very responsive. We live in the building, so we can help as things pop up. We let the guests do their own thing though and only interact with them in person when needed.

I send more details with the welcome packet, but you’re central to all of the city. Good food and drinks nearby. You can be to most attractions in under 10 min. Easy access to public transportation.

There's free street parking that's first come, first serve. Most of the time we're able to park within 500 feet of the door, but if it's super busy, you might have to park a short block or two away. If that happens, feel free to throw on your flashers and drop bags in the unit before parking.

You're a 3 minute walk from the Chicago blue line stop, which runs direct to O'Hare Airport. From Midway Airport, you could take the orange line into the city and then exchange at Clark/Lake to the blue line for 2 stops to get to the Chicago blue line stop.

The blue line and 56/66 buses can get you to plenty of exciting spots in the city! The Salt Shed is just down the street, about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

We love this area of the city! We've lived in the same building in another apartment for the past 4 years, and fall more in love with the area every day. It's got a great neighborhood-y feel yet is right in the thick of everything.

The rental unit has its own private entrance, so you'll have plenty of privacy and will enjoy a calm and quiet escape from all the excitement and energy happening not far from your front door.

We'll send you a welcome pack with details on the apartment and great options for entertainment, dining, drinks, etc. once your reservation nears.

Unit is not wheelchair or ADA accessible. Street parking is available; no reserved parking. The entire studio unit is being rented. City license/registration number is R24000116023.

Very close to the Chicago Blue line stop. Also close to the 56 and 66 bus lines.

Have had really great guests thus far who’ve left positive reviews. We like the space a lot and are happy others have enjoyed it too!

Great!

Very nice, neat and clean studio apartment which includes all the amenities necessary to make it a great stay while also being close to downtown. We both walked and taken the CTA Blue Line downtown. The Blue Line station is very close to the apartment, and brings you downtown very quickly. The apartment belongs to a wonderful carrying host who is also a great communicator.

Excellent Location and Host

I've been lucky enough to stay in a lot of short-term rentals all over the globe, and I'm not sure I've encountered a host as prepared and communicative as Dan. Staying in the space was a pleasure, especially since it's so convenient to the blue line. We took the train in and back out to O'hare, but also got around to restaurants, bars, etc., easily. The neighborhood is safe and features a lovely coffeeshop to get your day started. A fantastic stay, and I'm sure we'll book again.

Great location for Salt Shed. Easy street parking.

Really clean accommodations. Comfortable. We couldn't find the coffeemaker (spoiler: it was in the cabinet between the fridge and washer/dryer) and I texted Dan and he responded quickly. Check in was easy and we found parking right out front. We saw two shows at the Salt Shed. It was about a 15 minute walk, which was very convenient.

AMAZING PLACE to stay!!

This place was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. It's conveniently located near great dining options and within walking distance of the Jack pumpkin pop-up. Dan, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. We can't wait to return on our next visit and highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location, kind host, easy access to Chicago

Dan was an attentive and responsive host; when we had trouble with the check in all we had to do was call him and he was there in a few minutes to fix it. The place is in a great location, very quiet, just a block away from the Blue Line, and so quick access to the Loop and elsewhere. There is breakfast, good coffee, and a grocery store nearby. Intuit, a great underknown art museum devoted to self-taught artists is nearby, -- though we did not visit it, I have many times before and would recommend it. We came to town for college visits for my son after first visiting family on the far South Side. It was very convient to stay in the city for our visits and it was great to spend time together in a chill place.

Great location!

We stayed here because it was within walking distance of The Salt Shed. There are bus stops and train access extremely close, also. The apartment was adorable and fit our needs for a quick weekend getaway. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness ONLY because I think the living room couch is on it's way to the curb lol But truly, the owner of the listing was incredibly easy to deal with and extremely accommodating when our flight was going to get in much sooner than we would have liked! Stellar communication and an extremely convenient location made for a great experience!

Amazing stay

Location was great and parking was very accessible! The host was very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Check out process was also very quick, only needing to do a couple of things before leaving but very easy to do. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Excellent location!

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were able to easily walk to a concert at the Salt Shed, and the Blue Line was just a few short blocks away. We drove into the city, but we’re able to park our car in front of the property and left it there all weekend while we used public transportation. Hosts were very responsive, and there were restaurants and bars close by.

Great homey spot in River West

The host was very nice and the space was secluded and quiet, but very accessible to downtown and other parts of the city. I loved that there was a supermarket within walking distance and free street parking. Would absolutely stay again. If you are travelling across town, do note the trains are really geared to take you into the loop, not across town. This didn't bother me but just a heads up.

Killed it!
