Our room was facing the main roads. No privacy at all. So noisy. Overall quality and cleanliness bad.

Flooding in the main areas from the hearing near the beds, also the shower curtains not long enough to prevent flooding in the shower so I don’t have to use a bath towel to sop up the water on the floor so I don’t step in it. A lot of plastic bottles and cans thrown on the premises and aren’t cleaned up. If I ask for a towel because I check in late there shouldn’t be a problem but I have been told that I have to ask housekeeping for towels even though they weren’t there in the first place.

This property which the exterior had been upgraded over the last few years wasn’t taken the same care inside the room. The curtain on the window was ripped off the rod so it didn’t close right, the light near the window was a tall light not a light near the bed with a low wattage bulb so you could hardly see, the flooring was vinyl so anything you had on your shoes got dragged through the room because of lack of area rugs, the refrigerator looked like it was ripped up in the front door and the shelving, the WiFi and the tv constantly went off over the three nights I was there so it was really hard to do the work I needed to do, room was missing hangers, no phone, and my cards to my room kept losing their code and they weren’t near my cell phone. For the kind of money they were charging I was expecting the basics like the correct amount of towels and wash rags. They didn’t know what those were. I asked if they had scissors I could borrow because I bought a small bag of veggies and needed something to cut it open and they couldn’t help with that even.

My room is always great here. House keeping is always on it between 10a-1130am and they make sure if you need anything they get it done right away. The manager Jordan is always helpful, friendly, and Katie the other lady working at the register is awesome too! Between accommodating every guest, and always asking if they need anything, and they have been so helpful to me I cant thank them enough!
