Room wasn’t as clean as I expected, stains on cushions just turned over, carpet , towels missing , unexpected charges.

Aloft Chicago Mag Mile
Room was clean and staff were helpful. Note that room cleaning is every other day and ensure they leave water and enough coffee pods for your coffee maker. Location was fantastic.
