“This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. The yoghurt is a cheap sweetened option only and limited fruit. All can……

“Even though it was winter, the beach house was the perfect stopover for a few nights. We were warmly welcomed each morning by the lovely hosts, who served a wonderful breakfast and genuinely took the time to make sure our short stay was perfect. If our golden retriever could leave a review, it would simply say: best sausages ever. And being so close to the beach made it even better. We’d happily return in any season.”
