Great holiday

Perfect house for a traditional family holiday in the sun. Beach was so near that we didn't have to plan for a whole day but could pop back easily, and catering was very easy due to the proximity of good local shops, restaurants and takeaways.

A great place for a family vacation

This was our second time staying at Marine House and it did not disappoint. We found it very well equipped with plenty of room for our 2 families. The location is ideal with just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream shops.

superb location

a lovely house, with plenty of off road parking spaces, a few meters away from the beach. We loved the possibility of just popping out to sea for a quick morning swim or a run along the shore, and then come back to the house for a breakfast al fresco in the secluded garden.

Fabulous house, right by the beach.

Great house for a large family holiday. Well equipped. Superb location - less than 5 minutes to the fantastic beach (stony at high tide but large sandy beach as tide goes down) & less than 5 mins to the local well equipped shops and eateries.

A lovely weekend break near the sea

Had a wonderful getaway at Marine House; the accommodation is very impressive, good size, comfy lounge to sit and watch Storm Bert, everything we needed, plenty of space and nice kitchen area for sitting and communal eating. The pool table was a lovely extra. East Wittering itself was also very charming, good places in walking distance to go and eat, and a bracing walk along the front in gale force winds!

Ideal for families - 5 mins walk to the beach

Very well presented and well-equipped. Had everything we needed for a family beach holiday plus a pleasant south facing patio/garden. Plenty of parking. 10 mins walk to supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, bakers, etc. plus a few restaurants and cafés. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful house in a great location. The facilities were perfect for us. The shops were in walking distance and we were able to get everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and fully met our needs. We made full use of the garden and the short distance to the beach. The pool table was a bonus that was used by all. The locals were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again

Ideal base for weekend break

Marine House is a great place for a long weekend break. We used it as a venue for a family celebration, arriving from various locations. The house is spacious and comfortable and fully met our needs. The upstairs lounge was particularly nice to sit and relax in the evenings. The house has plenty of parking capacity and the rear garden space is great for the kids to play and others to sit and enjoy the sun. The house is a short walk from the (stoney) beach and coastal path and also from the local amenities which included two supermarkets, independent butchers and greengrocers and a wide range of eateries. We also used the house as a base to visit several nearby attractions. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Marine House to others.

Wow At Wittering

The house was excellent for our needs. We are a family of ten. Six adults, 2 children of ten, one in a wheelchair. 2 younger children. The kitchen was good for making meals together and the dining area big enough for us all. There is an en-suite shower room, another bathroom with a bath and a shower above. Nice garden and garden furniture. Parking in the driveway for our 3 cars. It’s 2 minutes walk to the beach. Shops and cafes very nearby. It worked well for us.
