Great place to stay, and great dock
The house was clean and neat, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils. The porch is a great place to enjoy the sunset/evening, and the dock and fish cleaning area were very nice. There is plenty of parking, but it would be a little challenging to get a larger trailer in due to the narrow street - I just left my trailer in the lot by the ramp across the river from Sea Hag.

Perfect for fishing
This was the perfect house for a fishing getaway. The dock, screened fishing station, screened porch and the decks were wonderful. The house layout is really good and provides privacy while also having an ample kitchen and space to be together. Plenty of parking and everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay!

GREAT LOCATION. NICE DOCK. WE HAD TO BUY A PROPANE TANK FOR THE GRILL BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE PLACE WAS GREAT. CLEAN, EVERYTHING WORKED AND FAIR PRICE.

Family Retreat
Ned's Place is a perfect place for us to gather with family and catch up. This is our second year using Ned's Place for our family gathering. We take advantage of the dock for fishing in the river and long afternoon chat sessions. The big kitchen and dinning area work well for us. We appreciate the use of the beautiful property. The home is stocked with towels, cooking tools and comfy couches. The property is clean and we feel safe there. I do strongly encourage using bug spray before spending time on the deck or dock. 'No-see ems' were terrible, leaving dozens of bites.

Awesome place on the water
We love this place. Lots of room to spread out. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms make it great for large families or groups. The connected boat house and cleaning room is a perfect addition to relax or to clean your catch. Very clean place. Very comfortable beds and furniture. High quality everything. Large kitchen area. Connected laundry room. And large parking lot. Super happy to have the high speed fiber internet!! Allowed me to work and the kids to play some games online. Just all around perfect.
