"The electronic checkin can be improved.
Though no one was waiting at the checkin counter, the receptionist insisted using the electronic checkin machine. After using the machine, it indicated us to find a staff for assistance and the staff directed us back to the counter. "
"The breakfast does not mention the shrink wrap/ film cling remove before microwave. For me I just rely on the common sense.
Also, it doesn’t have the cutlery tray after finished the meal during the early breakfast before 7:30am"
