“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“Bed linens & pillows were terrible! Towels great! We had very late room service on Friday…. Left no coffee, fresh cups, glasses, etc. No room service at all on Sat. Had to call desk for towels, coffee Outdoor area could be improved….. many chairs had no cushions Location is so nice but for $529 a night, we expect more!! Staff was very nice.”

“The property was located close to everything- could walk to the marina and activités. Both restaurants were excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean, well appointed and spacious.”

“The hotel is very well located in Downtown Norfolk, making it convenient for restaurants, attractions, and exploring the area. The property could benefit from some renovations and updates. The customer service staff were friendly and courteous; however, they were unable to resolve an issue involving a supposed double check-in that appeared in their system when there was actually only one stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for a couple of nights……

“I've been going there since in of April or beginning of May since 2025 and honestly it's quite, nice size rooms,nice size T.V.. Good spot for food options if you like McDonald's l, Wendy's,Taco Bell Wawa, honestly the Hardee's ain't all that MF's had one job SMH. The hotel has good and Kind Staff, but I have to say the one guest thing is a bit disappointing I mean at least three guests hell just do two guest and see how it goes. My fiance son couldn't come see her because of the one guest……

“The room was dirty. The bathroom was very dirty. Towels were dirty. The bedclothes were ripped and did not look clean. Location does not look safe. The overall experience was terrible. Will never stay here again and does not recommend unless you are working in the area and do not care about cleanliness.”

“If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!”
