The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. 」

「The location is excellent, the house design is good, beautiful, and almost new. But everything is poorly done. The floor is bulging, the doors don't close, the shower stalls leak, and the large dining table wobbles. Most importantly, the hot water doesn't flow constantly. You have to wait a long time for it, then it comes on briefly and then disappears again. We couldn't take a proper shower. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick.」

Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. The staff were so warm and welcoming, bringing us a basket of fresh items for us to cook breakfast for ourselves the next morning. "Thank you Morrena Team, Denise and her team have given us a very warmth hospitality during our stay. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide lunch box and dinner service which is very convenient for us to do a day of Torres de Paine without hunger. We checked in late at almost 11pm due to lago grey excursion and got the tier problem. Denise gave us informative details for solving our problems next day. We had a pleasant stay in Morrena. Highly recommended for those who want to experience Patagonia national park with a warmth welcome and effortless stay."
