"Staff were great, helpful, and kind. Room was clean along with the washroom. Service was excellent and the amount of staff that would service you was great! There weren’t much amenities, but I didn’t mind as I was really there to relax. The food was delicious and lots of room service/servers bringing food and drinks to you."

"I had the most amazing time at this resort. The service is outstanding and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made me feel special every single day as I was there on a solo vacation celebrating my birthday. The butlers and managers are exceptional. Victor and Sergio are awesome. I believe they’re are managers. So personable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Jonathan, Lidia, Daniel, and Elvis as butlers for the few days I was there, and all extremely helpful and attentive. I was sad to leave but I will be back every year no doubt about it. The food was 10/10. Service 20/10. Worth every penny. Book!!"
