「The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」

「Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.」

「Best hotel ever! We have no words to describe how wonderful our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was. First, the food is another level! Not your typical all inclusive food. The room… just wow The personnel, so sweet and nice! The environment… again… wow The installations, beautiful. I have to mention that we payed extra to be part of The Reserve (VIP) and it was totally worth it. We are planing on coming again to Paradisus next year! 」
