「This Notting Hill property was perfect in every way. We had a total of six adults staying there. There was plenty of room for all we needed. Wonderful to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Lovely deck /sitting area off of one bedroom. Absolutely quiet location away from the din of the city, but easy driving distance (Uber) to all London offers. 「The property is as advertised. It is small and lacks any views but was clean and neat. It has all the necessary equipment. The location is exceptional, close to the tube, shops, restaurants and attractions. If you plan to be out and about nearly all your time in London, it would be ideal. 」

「I rented this property for a five-night stay with my family over Easter weekend. First off, it is in a great neighborhood, away from noise and tourists. If you really want to feel that you are a resident of the city, it is a good spot. Located on a quiet street, you cannot hear any city noise. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants and is very close to Regents Park. There are several tube stations in the vicinity, all within a 10 minute walk (Baker Street, Bond Street, Regents...

「The host did not give us the key pickup location and I had to call en route to find this out. There were several cleanliness issues which were reported during the stay. The main issue was that the boiler is situated in the top/fourth bedroom and whenever anyone in the flat uses hot water, it fires up, making it impossible to sleep. I would consider this property a 3 bedroom not 4.」

Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. 「Beautiful home, very close to public transportation and a market. Stayed during an heatwave and even without AC the rooms cooled off nicely at night. Kids loved all having a space and the manual for house came with lots of tips for town. Great stay. 」

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
