" an excellent experience - arrival to departure. Front reception auto to room greeted w stylish staff, space well designed. Room w a nice outdoor space & bath. Secure. Nice setup w pool & hottub roof spaces. Full (I mean full) breakfast w views. Along w complimentary drinks each aftrnoon. Full relaxed elegance, located walking distace to square. Happy Happy Joy Joy "

"2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains."

"Easy check in"

"Very nice accomodations. Only problem was that the young man who checked me in sent me to the WRONG building for my room. This was annoying after driving a long distance, and meant I had to then move my car twice. Please be more careful with your directions."

"The location was perfect and the staff was amazing! We will be back"

"There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it."
