"Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You must check out the pool during your stay. The hotel is walking distance to the night bazaar, 7/11, and many other convenient things to check out. I loved this place and everyone made my vacation much more enjoyable. I'll be back. Awesome job Empress Premier!"

"I had a wonderful experience at iThaphae Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is perfect for sight-seeing in the old city; the staff is efficient and friendly; the complimentary breakfast is a delicious mix of Thai dishes and simple Western breakfast items. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable and there is a safe in each room. There is also a beautiful pool area with tables/chairs and lounge chairs for relaxation between outings. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very convenient and nice . Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nice . The gym was also good , even open 24/7 and there was a sauna in the locker/ changing room area . Didn’t get to try the pool but it looked nice . Didnt dine at the property since there were so many options nearby. "
