「Parking is not free but staff goes beyond to help your needs.」

「Breakfast was great! Room was spaciois and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Didnt use any of the other amenities but they looked clean and usful. Did hear a train arpund 4am but nothing we couldnt sleep through. Staff were attentive and helpful. Close walking distnce to other restaurants, casino and easy to get to from the airport. 」

「The hotel itself is great. Very clean, quick check in, the infamous free checkin cookie, and friendly staff. The restaurant though, that’s another story. There were like 10 people in there and they were turning away tired hungry people because they only had one staff member working and couldn’t accommodate more than that. Absolutely unacceptable for a family looking for food and refreshments after a long day. 」

「Hot tub was good the shower in the room was terrible. Very little pressure.」

「Hot tub had no jets. Parking was expensive and inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. 」

「The room had stains on the curtains, on the beds, the room had patches like they were renovating but I don't think they are renovating. Tape on the walls. There was no water pressure, couldn't shower. They texted me at 11pm to let us know that the pressure was back, by that time it was too late, kids were in bed. The pool area, the dry sauna was out of order, you can't wear the towels out of the pool area so we had to go up to our room wet and cold with no towel. The breakfast was not great and...

「Everything was amazing except the pool. There was so much chlorine in the pool it made everyone sick. But other than that they were so helpful and room was a great size cause we were there for a dance competition and had extra stuff with us. 」

「Hotel provide free breakfast. However the choice of the food are limited.」

「The hot tub was cery merky. In their defense, the hotel was extremely packed with families. I think the staff were trying hard, but it was impossible to sleep with all the screaming and running in the halls. Great place to stay with families but maybe not the place to stay if you expect quiet and to sleep. The train also blasts through all night right next to your window… 」

「Stay was nice with exception of woofing dog till late hours. It was clean and breakfast was nice. We left yesterday Apr 3 but didn’t have access to our email until last night.」

「The room was warm and would not cooldown even when thermostat was turned down. Saving grace was a window could be opened. There was garbage under bathroom sink that was missed when we took over-the room.Shower curtain had a small stain.breakfast was not appealing, potatoe gems were all stuck together. Out of coffee both mornings. Hot items hard to reach. Towels were very full and absorbent, beds were o.k. Bathroom floor needs more attention in-the corners where a wet mop is not efficient」
