"Nice staff. they kept our luggage while we went out to explore the parks nearby, having arrived 6 hours before checkin. Convenient location. We walked from International terminal in 3 minutes. Returned to take the in terminal train into city center the next day. Easy and conveniant! "

"We love staying at Mercure Sydney!! This is probably our 6th time staying here. We definitely would come back again. The rooms are clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing! The only thing Ive noticed this time is that the pool is not heated, water is not clean, saw that it had some floating dead skin/nails. Other than that, we loved our stay. "

The hotel is minutes away from the Sydney Opera House and there were many convenient amenities. The pool, gym and locker room/shower areas were pristine. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with this hotel. If getting around by foot, know the property is on an incline. "
