Quiet and close to the beach

Very quiet and quaint neighborhood, short distance to the beach. Local dining was awesome at every place we went, food was great, service was awesome and the prices were definitely reasonable. Stress-free place to vacation.

Sweet Spot

Great spot. Nice walking neighborhood near the water. Very modern, well stocked kitchen and house in general. Great outdoor space for dogs and humans. Loved it .

Friends getaway

Lovely. Very clean. Well decorated. Loved the deck and fire pit area. The step down between kitchen and living room seemed very awkward.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The home was nice and had everything needed in the kitchen. The neighborhood was beautiful we were able to utilize the backyard fire pit twice which was really nice.

Comfortable and convenient to all the island has to offer.

Quiet neighborhood with a dog friendly yard. Plenty of space to get away for quiet time in the house. Fun to watch movies in DVD! Would return for a spring trip for sure!

Well-appointed launchpad for Chincoteague adventures

Cozy, well-maintained spot with plenty of outdoor space and amenities - the beach chairs alone are a huge win if your vehicle is space-challenged like ours! Very close to the road to Assateague and walking distance to shops where you can pick up the necessities. Communication was prompt and check-in was a breeze.

Very nice property

The area was great, quiet except the planes but I’m use to them lol. They have nice things at house for you to do, some abused from previous guests with missing pieces but overall awesome experience and would recommend/use again

Great Spot

The house was clean with an updated kitchen. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit in the evenings. It was very easy to get to the beach and we walked down to the museum to watch a rocket launch. We had a fabulous time!

Great Chincoteague Getaway

Our family of four plus dog appreciated this property, especially its fenced yard with a dog door from the house. We love the fire pit, the wii and games for a rainy day, and how clean and bright the place is. We hope to stay here again someday. Thank you!

This is exactly as advertised! Spotlessly clean, conveniently located, and very peaceful and quiet. They also have tons of games and DVDs ready to go! Recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely perfect! Definitely the most pet friendly rental we have ever stayed in. The only down side was the mosquitoes, but obviously that is not in the owners control. Otherwise. We has a great time!!

Everything you need for a vacation or business trip.

This property had it all. Books, games, movies, fire pit, yard, mud room everything. It would be easy to stay busy, or not, no matter the weather or time of year. Very responsive management.

Lovely

This property was great for my family of 6! And the unique layout of the house was great for everyone to have their own area to play and relax. Even though we brought some things to occupie the kids . It was nice that there were some games, toys, and movies for the kids. And the fenced in yard and fire pit was a plus!

Our 2 weeks in Slack Tide

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks prior to Christmas in Chincoteague. Loved the house, yard, and neighborhood. Met some Teagers at local dog park and walked the nature trail several times. Local grocery and bakery were nearby. Got takeout from the diner, Asian Express, and Famous Pizza. Used Dog E Stylez and H&H Pharmacy, plus Urgent Care in town across the bridge.

The passage from kitchen to living room was a step down then a step up, difficult for older guests who are unsteady on their feet Back yard was perfect for pet owner
