Beautifully furnished and superbly appointed, this home offers a bright and airy open floor plan designed for comfort and relaxation. A cozy sun porch on the first floor provides a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Across the street, a new 40' dock is available for fishing, crabbing, or docking your boat. The first floor features a queen bedroom and a shared full bath.

Upstairs, the second floor offers a king bedroom with a private bath and a water view deck, as well as a queen bedroom with its own private bath.

Enjoy stunning sunsets across the Chincoteague Channel from the decks or spend the day crabbing and taking in nature from the private creek-side pier. This home perfectly blends exceptional indoor comfort with a prime waterfront location.
