"I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. They are highly unprofessional, treating guests as if they were criminals and the staff were the police. It felt like they were suspicious of everyone. The check-in process was painfully slow, with the staff constantly checking something and taking forever to issue room keys. No one smiled, and the atmosphere was extremely tense. Do not stay here if you're looking to enjoy your stay and have a good time....

Glad we figured it out. Plenty of water pressure, beautifully updated spaces. We Brought our own pillows after reading reviews, and that was unneccesary, as the bed and bedding were great. They offer free cookies in the vending/snack area. Will love to stay here again. Great prices at a venerable place! Fantastic history of president's speeches and more. "
