「The property is historic and the grounds are beautiful. The staff was not particular helpful or friendly. We reserved a superior room and were excited about our stay. Sadly when we got into our room we found the temperature to be around 95 degrees in the room and the only relief available from the hotel was a fan. 「We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service.
