Guests at The Barn at Daubeneys can relax in the living room next to the wood burner whilst looking out across the garden!. All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Smart TV, Smart Speaker, Woodburner

Dining area: Patio Doors To Garden

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Patio Doors To Garden

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Outbuilding with freezer (shared with other properties on-site). Small, enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This attractive holiday property lies in the peaceful conservation village of Colerne, surrounded by rolling countryside. Sympathetically converted, the detached, single-storey barn (PHHF) offers light and airy, contemporary accommodation. Colerne has a good selection of shops and pubs but only a short bus journey, 7 miles, will take you into Bath and Chippenham. Within easy reach of Bristol, Bradford-on-Avon and the much-filmed villages of Lacock and Castle Combe. Great area for walking. Shop 200 yards, family pub and restaurant 10 yards.

A beautiful cottage with everything we need.

A beautiful cottage with everything we need. Located in Colerne with a pub right on the door step and a little shop 5 minute walk away. Bath is 15-20 minutes away so it's perfect for exploring. Our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed sniffing around in the garden and hanging by the windows watching the world go by. Melanie and Ian are lovely and provided the most thoughtful welcome goods at our arrival. Will very happily come back again.
