Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. There were no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, there were only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There was no plates or bowls provided. Otherwise, it was quick comfortable and location was good.

Very spacious rooms, but the layout was a bit odd. The blinds are not complete black out curtains, so we needed sleeping masks. It is also hang dry only after doing laundry. There is no shuttle to the airport but the path to the nearest train station is paved and very easy to navigate.

"Stayed the night as next day flight was very early in the morning. Didn't get to eat the included breakfast as we had to check out before service time starts at 6am. Would be good if they have option for packed simple breakfast like sandwiches to go. For info, ANA counter for int'l flights only opens ..."
