The residence is family-friendly but does not accommodate pets. Smoking and parties are not allowed within the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be advised that construction has begun on Building 2 at Angsana Oceanview Residences, situated adjacent to the residences. Construction activity is scheduled from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. During these hours, there may be some noise.
