“The room was just average and not very clean, and it was not worth $40. The manager and staff were very irresponsible. Most staff didn't speak in English. The breakfast serving was very slow. I gave them my laundry, and 2 days later, they almost lost my laundry. After a long while (it wasted lots of time), they found my laundry, but it didn't be washed. The manager just hid behind the door and left other staffs who couldn't speak in English to talk to us. They didn't even say sorry about it.……

“this place is small and quaint. located in the perfect area, close to the small plaza for shopping, eating and located close to the train station to Macchu Picchu. The service was what I most liked. The host was very attentive and kind. ”

“We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. “It's right next to a beautiful rushing creek, with a lovely field across it. There is a view of the local ruins. The garden and common/dining area are beautiful as well. The hosts are friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh. If you don't like white noise, the sound of the creek may not be for you, I enjoyed it. The description advertises down comforters and pillow selections, but that's not the case. We were cold, so we asked, and they provided a space heater, which……
