“The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. The only minor issue was that the curtains in the room were a bit too light-colored, which let in quite a bit of light at night and affected sleep. ”

They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread. The property is very clean and again just close to the square or Plaza de Armas and just up the road a couple blocks from the historic ruins the staff was very friendly, including Alvaro”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Natalia took good care of us and we were able to communicate well despite our limited Spanish. There was good wifi, lots of blankets, a nice view of the street and the ruins from the balcony and the breakfast was delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Ollantaytambo is a very small remote town so there aren’t a lot of hotel options. This is a very cute little hotel with cute lobby area and a nice garden area. It’s 15-20 min walk away from the train station (to Machu Picchu). Quick 10 min walk away from the Ollantaytamobo ruin and from the plaza. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and tentative. I would recommend staying here. ”

“We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. I would recommend!”

“Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. (Crevé le lendemain )”
