「My husband and I loved our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Communication from staff was great as well. We were happily surprised at what a cute little town this was. We visited Pelio winery and listened to live music, had a wonderful dinner at Rustica, and a great breakfast at Trailside Cafe the next morning, which was all walking distance from the hotel. 」

「We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! 」

「Host did not make aware that rooms not advertisedwould be rented. We paid for private suite with own bathroom and got a bed behind a curtain… speaks for itself.did not feel safe leaving our belongings. Would appreciate more transparency.」

「The home was perfect for our family – spacious and clean. The highlight was definitely the pool! It was a great way to relax after a day of exploring.The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, and we felt right at home.Highly recommend this place to any families looking for a relaxing, fun, and hassle-free vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「Checkin was convenient and easy.House centrally located and close to the beach. The listing states there were 3 bedrooms but the third “bedroom” is an office with an uncomfortable pullout couch bed that had dirty sheets. We had to wash the bedding before use. The neighborhood is currently under construction but was only heard on the weekdays. Overall it was a really nice place that was comfortable with a really large kitchen and lounge area. 」

「We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey.」

「Honestly, this property is fantastic! Extremely well renovated. No detail is missed from the appliances, to the towels to the cookware, this place is first rate, five star. Owner was great with communication. Location is excellent - close to Monterey and Carmel. Easy drive to Pinnacles NP. 」

"I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged."
