“Where to start, the lack of staff during a Memorial Day weekend was inexcusable.
One person at the coffee shop (Starbucks) and one person at the bar. Other than housekeeping, the staff were not friendly or seemed to lack interest in their job. The casino payout was awful and when you did hit, it took the staff a long time to respond. This is a resort ran like a small town hotel. Very strict regulations regarding what beverages or food could be brought into the hotel. Resort prices with Motel 6……

“Lots of parking and area was safe. Didn’t use the casino as this was just a quick stop on our journey. Room was comfortable and clean and hotel was quiet. There were no breakfast options, only coffee and tea. Price was very inexpensive and we would definitely stay here again”

“The pictures that are shown on Expedia’s website must be back from 1960 when the place was maybe new I don’t know when it was established, but I would love to post pictures of what this place looks like now it’s out in the middle of nowhere no security run down disappointed doesn’t capture my feelings had I not been with two other women I would have left the property. I barely slept four hours. My advice don’t go not to this place anyway.”

“INCREDIBLE! There was actually another place we were wanting to stay in Santa Fe but it wasn’t available and we came here instead and I’m so glad we did! It was PERFECT for a family with small kids. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is really great, drivable to everything you would want to do in Santa Fe. If we ever stop back through this time this is where we will be staying again!”
