The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space."

"The staff on arrival and throughout the 1 night stay were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are dated the carpet and soft chair were very old and stained. Could do with the chair removing even putting a hard wipe down one would be preferable. The bed was so comfortable and clean. The leisure facilities were nice and towels provided. The bar was big with pool tables dart board other games. The food was lovely for the money and steak was cooked to perfection. For £15.99 couldn't fault it. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. For £72 for 2 people including breakfast and £3 parking would definately go back"
