The view was 10000/10. It was the best part. Beyond stunning. Perfect for sunset! The room looked exactly like the photos online and was clean and well stocked. Cost of snacks, drinks, robes, and soap was clearly marked. ”

“是一家别墅型的酒店，老板娘很热情，酒店很干净，早餐老板娘做的牛角包超好吃，酒店在山上，环境安静、干净，空气十分好，唯一的不足是酒店离马拉罗纳火车站有10分钟的汽车，这还不是问题，问题是班车间隔的时间有点长，短要半小时，长要1小时，要计划好时间，就没问题了。”

“Beautiful Apartment with large deck overlooking the water. 2 bedrooms downstairs: Queen and 2 Twin. Upstairs Kitchen and sitting area Deck. Short walk to downtown restaurant area and grocery store. ”

“This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. It was a bit pricey, but again it’s the location. Only real……

“I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! ”

“Chambre idéalement située, à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Literie très confortable, propreté impeccable. Il nous a juste manqué du café pour le 2eme jour. ”

“最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！”

“Staff gave me a wonderful warm welcome, covered all aspects of the hotel facilities available to us and then showed me to my room. All in all, I throughly enjoyed my stay despite being out exploring the local area as it was so beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities was well appointed. ”
