“Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not……

“Das Hotel liegt am Fluss, am Rande der Altstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es mir etwas Glück in der "Zona Blanca" rund ums Hotel. Der Check in war schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im vierten Stock. Bequeme Betten, Kissenauswahl und eine angenehm leise Klimaanlage. Alles sehr sauber. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist über dem Spanien Standard, was die Auswahl und Qualität angeht. Fazit: mit dem Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen.”

“Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.”
