“Uno de los mejores hospedajes en los que me he quedado, el lugar increíble, con un toque antiguo pero con la comodidad de un hotel nuevo, dormí espléndidamente pese a ser de sueño muy ligero y lo mejor, el servicio del personal, todas las personas de un trato inmejorable. Súper recomendable! ”

“Habitación, Spa. Super bien. Restaurante el personal muy corto, servicio regular, les falta sentido de servio y seguimiento no hay una cabeza. Uno de los espacios estaría bien que fuera Gym”

“The hotel is centrally located on a busy street but the rooms are completely quiet. The staff was wonderful assisting with restaurant and tour recommendations. Guadalupe helped us book our bus pass to Mexico City. The rooms are very spacious, clean and renovated. The only thing we don’t care for are those fancy bath tubs because they’re challenging to get in and out. The water pressure was excellent as was the temperature. We had a meal there and the food was good. We would definitely stay……

“Desde la recepción, el personal fue amable con una recepcion rapida, clara y atenta. Nos dieron un pequeño dulce tipico como bienvenida lo que hizo calida la entrada al hotel. La habitacion aunque algo pequeña contaba con todos los servicios y limpieza. Destaco que tenia cafetera y agua para hacer uso de la misma, secadora, caja fuerte, burro de planchar y bata como extras. Muy recomendable el hotel ”

“Nicely designed, friendly and nice staff. It is on the main street and it's an easy walk to the historical center of Puebla. We stayed in the suite and it was nice to have a living area separate to the bedroom. There was also a patio, nice to chill and also have breakfast there. It's worth noting that the breakfast included ended up meaning one complimentary breakfast for the stay rather than everyday so best to check with the property. Kitchen can be better stocked.”

“prachtig interieur super personeel ,ondanks het niet voorzien was heeft men ons geholpen met geld te wisselen ,droogkuisservice georganiseerd( binnen de 24 uitgevoerd) taxi bellen ? zij weten ineens te zeggen hoeveel deze rit gaat kosten... de bediening in het restaurant/ontbijt iedereen netjes in dezelfde outfit en ondanks taalbarriere:geen enkel probleem gehad enkel veel fun”

“La arquitectura del hotel es muy adoc a lo que se encuentra en el centro de Puebla siguiendo con la línea de edificios a su alrededor, la ubicación es muy buena, los principales puntos importantes del centro quedan muy accesibles caminando y segura por la noches, el personal muy atento y amable, no tuvimos problemas con los servicios que ofrecen ni de ningún tipo.”
