“Perfect location for exploring Porto. Hotel in old historic building, nicely refurbished and finished inside in combination of traditional and modern / artistic style. Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second. Our room was very comfortable, clean and mini bar was well equipped. Slight downside is lack of lift, but this was known in advance from the hotel description, and did not affect us at……

“Our stay was exceptional. We are officially ruined for any other hotel. The staff was thoughtful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely. The breakfast was WONDERFUL. It was nice that they took time to take our order the day before. The turn down service was a nice touch and the room was absolutely stunning. We had a hard time getting ourselves to leave. A true gem. Much appreciation to the staff for make us feel so welcome and cared for.”

“Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“El apartamento está ubicado en un zona muy turística, mucha gente en las calles a una cuadra del agua. La habitación está muy bien, muy cómoda. Pero nos tocó en un tercer piso. El ascensor es tan pequeño, que entras tú y tu maleta. Pero como no hay recepcionista las 24 horas, no nos parecía muy confiable de usar. Terminaba uno de nosotros usando la escalera, que no era nuestra idea al elegir alojarse aquí.”

“We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel is gorgeous, with vintage and modern decorations. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. The room was absolutely fine in size, not massive, but I’m from London, so I know that European hotel rooms are generally small. The staff are very professional, in particular one of the young ladies who served the drinks by the pool in the afternoons and evenings, who was very funny, and attentive. Breakfast choice was plentiful, different fresh……

“Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! ”
