Beautiful quaint hotel in a great location. The staff are very responsive and polite. Easy to walk to any part of the city and right on a shopping area. Rooms are a little tight, but not too bad. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The PortoBay Flores provided outstanding service, immaculently clean and spacious accommodations on the 8th floor with a balcony and stunning view of Porto, a delicious meal at their restaurant, and several tasty drinks at their bar. Not only is the hotel itself fantastic, it is perfectly located in an ideal spot for exploring the city along a fantastic pedestrian only street. We would absolutely stay here again, and after this experience, we would eagerly stay at another PortoBay resort while exploring a different city.

Views + spa = heaven!
I cannot tell you how happy we were with our choice! I researched and researched and researched, and this was a major win. We stayed on the top-floor, two-floor room with a balcony for our last night in Porto, and just WOW. This view from our room is simply spectacular. The hotel is located on a charming, pedestrian street, complete with shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, and buskers. So fun, and so well-located - a short walk from the train station, river, and Balhao Market. Just great. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with sizable shower plus a separate tub and nice Bvlgari amenities. We also enjoyed the beautiful spa and a couples massage. Highly recommend. Have no hesitation booking this hotel. It's wonderful.
