“Couldn't comment on staff because we didn't see any. But saying that the room was clean, bed comfortable and adequate supplies. Excellent shower and wash facilities. Handy for Chirk Castle and British Ironworks Park. ”

“Great concept. Few areas to improve. Loose handles on drawers. Dust in cups. Water in appliances. Bathroom bin not emptied leaving wonderment what else was missed. Shower would benefit from a more thorough clean with a brush. Shower hose grooves and areas within the shower holding mold. “We stayed in the pig room. Large bed, spacious, table with two chairs and a harmchair. The shower in the bathroom is good and the ventilation system efficient. The room is supplied with bed sheets, towels and hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which is quite generous. Parking is also convenient, even when the pub is quite full I managed to find free parking spaces. In Expedia it wasn't 100% clear if bed sheets and hairdryer were supplied. In our experience,……

“Excellent breakfast. No lift to second floor which was disappointing but staff were on hand to help with bags. Central location ideal. Staff were always cheerful and smiling which was lovely to see. ”
