“Nice place and reasonable price. WC's are enough. There is a kitchen to cook and a comfortable place to eat.”

“This hostel has great views. The room was very clean. It's a simple room, but all the essentials for a restful stay were present. The shower had great water pressure, but it is a bit tight in there. Still, got the job done...and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were super kind and sweet.”

“Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. “We sat in the dining room talking and drinking (what I considered to be a really good) complimentary Porto until after midnight. The building itself is straight out of another era with thick walls of rock but still with all the amenities you would want. This was the best stay I’ve had in Portugal so far. ”

“The beach access is amazing!! The hotel would do well to have the restaurant fix their chairs because staying above the restaurant all you hear all day and night are the chairs scraping across the floor. Besides that hotel is clean, convenient, AC worked well. The area around is nosy (my room was ocean view) so it's to be expected that you hear all the action. We also had a balcony (not many rooms so) and I found that really worthwhile to people watch at night! ”

“This hotel is a proper find! A lovely, peaceful oasis, filled with a myriad of beautiful plants and trees. Everywhere you look are interesting objects and bric a brac, all collected by the owner. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety of offerings and scrambled eggs on request. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, even though we turned up late. N.B. The only negative - no fault of the hotel - the address given on the Expedia site is wrong! It takes you to a private house about……

“Hotel maravilhoso assim como todo staff.”

“Fabian and Selina were exceptional hosts. Their property and rooms are perfect for a Lisbon countryside experience, with a great view and fruit trees. You couldn't ask for a nicer breakfast. When we stayed, they had a pig and some goats that totally added extra joy to our time there. We would definitely stay at Casa Das Margaritas again. ”
