Location was great. Breakfast had something to be desired. Parking is non existing, used a garage about 3-5m walk, but this is normal for this area. Rooms are for 3 but are a good size for 2 with luggage.

Although Diana was very nice she didn’t help. The hotel is in terrible shape, the photos shown are not from the room we paid for that I may add was expencier. I paid for a room with ocean/sea view and was given a horrible room that faced the street that was incredibly loud at night with an a/c that had a tingling noise and would not cool and a shower that was broken. And of course the hotel did nothing and blame Expedia I have to say that the room did not even had a bottle of water, or any toiletries For the price I paid I am sure you could find a better option, so don’t even think about this hotel Just terrible!!!

The room was clean and well appointed. The front desk, dining room and cleaning staff were pleasant and hospitable. The breakfast (included) was very good with a large selection of hot and cold breakfast options. The hotel was located directly on the beach and the sights and sounds of the surf was awesome. We had a very good stay and would love to return in the future.

We arrived early before our check-in time and the desk took our bags for us so we could wander around. It was a little difficult to find the entrance it on the left side of a restaurant but people in a nearby by restaurant helped us that should probably be stated somewhere. The room was great new bathroom. The breakfast this morning was nice self serve with fruit, scramble eggs, meat,cheese and coffee machine that made various varieties and teas as well. There were 2 staff standing by to help and replenish foods. Everyone there was polite. I would recommend and stay again and the location is on the malecon so you can be on the beach right across the street in a minute.

Nice room for a night or 2. Anything over that it would be tight. Rooms are small and the bed took the majority of the space. The location is fantastic, close to everything but no parking available. The pricing was reasonable for off peak. Would book again for a night or 2.
