Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer auf unsere Beschwerde hin getauscht. In diesem Zimmer (mit Balkon, dieser aber ohne Möbel) gab es eine defekte Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator, der uns ins Zimmer gestellt wurde.
