“　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。”

“My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. As it was, the manager Agin and Ronald still tried their best to help, listening our request patiently and quick to recommend attractions of Bandung to us. It was great!! We tried……

“The Hotel should be a four star not a 3.5. The bed was hard by western standards but was able to sleep. The staff are brilliant except at the rooftop bar, which has spectacular views. Booked for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights. The interior is very good, with plenty of different types of artwork throughout. The rooms are of a reasonable size and has smoking and non-smoking floors. To lift their standards more, the bathtowels need to be thrown out and replaced with higher quality that……
