「The website needs to be updated. Part of the hotel looked abandoned and at first we thought it was closed. We chose this hotel because of location to a wedding, and the beautiful photos of the pool and jacuzzi that we talked up for the grandkids. Sadly, the pool and jacuzzi were inoperable. When discussed with the front desk we were told that the pump had blown and the owner hadn't gotten around to getting it fixed. By the look of it, the owner hadn't gotten around to it for a long while. A...

「There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs, to get to your room. The PHOTOS on the website were VERY DECEIVING. The price of the room was far too high for the crappy accommodations. Luckily it was only one night.」

「The rooms have a deck or patio off of them. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and we ate and enjoyed the beautiful views. I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We were visiting to see our daughter who works in the area. We went white water rafting with All Outdoors and that was a lot of fun. We also visited Lava Cap winery which also has nice views. We also enjo yed their wine.」

「It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better.」

「Parking was great - right outside our room. The check-in process was quick and easy and friendly. The decor in the room is a little tired, there was no ice in the ice machine and we couldn’t get any water from the bathroom taps but the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.」
