“The entire house, including the kitchen, was more than fully equipped. This was a perfect house for couples, friends and small families. The fire pit in the front yard was fun for evening marshmallow roasts.We appreciated all the helpful communication and help provided by the host! ”

“This is a GREAT place if you are looking for proximity to town, dining, shopping, etc. It's a quiet neighborhood even with all the tourist traffic. It's also very well kept and seems to be in a safe area. A couple of things I would note for others: if anyone in your party has trouble with walking, the pathway to the main door is a bit cumbersome. It's made of rock/boulders/flagstone and some of them shift under weight. While lighting exists, we noted that it didn't come on until well after……

“The property is beautiful. Easy walk into downtown Ouray along the river path. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even had towels for the Hot Springs pool. Everything has been remodeled in the bathrooms. We would definitely like to rent this property again. Finally the rental service was on top of all of our requests. Thank you.”
