Feel at home in the heart of OTR! A guest favorite on another site with 198 5 star reviews. A recently renovated historic condo in the very center of all that Over-the-Rhine has to offer. The best Cincinnati restaurants, venues, theaters, and bars are just steps away and yet the private, off-street entrance to this comfortable and luxurious condo will allow you to simply relax when you are ready to end your day. Hardwood floors, high end appliances and granite counters in the kitchen and baths will complete the feeling of your indulgent get away! The living spaces of the condo are spread over 3 floors with the kitchen and living space on the 1st floor, the 1st bedroom and bath on the 2nd floor and the final bedroom and bath on the 3rd floor. A basement houses the full size washer and dryer. Ease with stair climbing is essential to the comfort of your stay. High-speed internet and a smart TV for streaming services are provided, as are all of your basic kitchen, bath and bedding needs. The condo is located in the very heart of OTR so city noises are inevitable and should be expected. Parking is not provided but public lots are available just around the block on Vine Street or just one block away in the security of the covered parking under Washington Park. Special rates are available in the lots for overnight parking. Parking briefly in front of the condo for loading and unloading is available.

Property is very clean, updated and in a great location. Easy check in, simple check out, and overall a very responsive, communicative host! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a walkable OTR experience. Parking was easy to find around the block - the host offered parking lot and parking garage recs ahead of time. It was a bit noisy at night, but worth it for the walkability. Each bedroom had a sound machine for sleeping which helped drown out the noise from the nearby bar. You may want to pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Even though it was very hot during our stay in mid-July, the AC and bedroom fans kept the bedrooms cool. Would stay here again!
